We offer a very flexible refund policy. You can request a refund at any time within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- You have not completed more than 25% of the course content
- No questions asked if within 30 days of purchase. Beyond that, you can provide a valid reason for the refund request and we will decide on a case by case basis.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

Non-Refundable Cases

- You have downloaded or copied course materials
- You have violated our terms of service

Course Access After Refund
Upon refund approval:
- Your access to the course will be immediately revoked
- You must cease using any downloaded materials
- Your account will be marked as refunded
